We hired them for National Night Out and it was a great success! Delivery was great as they set it all up and same thing with the pickup. We just hired them again for an end of summer party and the kids had a blast! Easy to order and they do all the work.
Dunk N Jump was amazing to work with! I can't recommend them enough. Tandra helped me understand their products & what would be best for our large scale brewery event & place my order. The set-up/tear down crew (D’Antony, Ruven, and Carl) were friendly, communicative, and helpful. We will definitely be partnering with Dunk N Jump again!
Our first experience with them was great, which is why we returned to them for a second rental... the first rental of the dunk tank was great! In good shape, easy to work... no problem! But this time.... not so great... once you are dunked, you have to manipulate a bar and a welded vice grips underneath the seat to make it ready for the next person... and if it wasn’t done properly, the next person would drop right into the water.. it wouldn’t hold any weight...... try explaining this procedure to a bunch of kids over and over and over ( the first dunk tank we rented, you just pushed the seat up and it clicked and was ready for the next victim)... The dunk tank was in very poor condition, one of the bars was broken in front of the cage... and it was rusty, luckily no o e was scraped by it... Then about an hour into the rental, the button fell off.. the target... it was being held on by a zip tie.... glad I had some of my own.... we fixed it 3 times... it was a headache!!! I called Dunknjump after the button fell off and We already fixed it... I was told that they have 2 dunk tanks, this was the model that has a vice grips on it...?????? It was clearly rigged!!! Wasn’t safe, and it wasn’t operating properly... I want a refund for the dunk tank!! I was completely unsatisfied with it and the company... I was basically told that the delivery guys can come back out and fix it for us, but we kept fixing it ourselves... no compensation for the headache and tons of wasted time (rigging it up over and over again...) I was explaining the issues to the guys that came and picked it up, they ignored me! I will not return to them! I will pay more somewhere else!!! UPDATE*** This issue has not been resolved, I talked to someone, she said she would talk to the owner and get back to me... she didn’t call me when she said she would and then a week later I get a call from someone else... a general call for everyone that did business in July...she left a voicemail thanking me for using them and then she tells me that the owner gave her the go ahead to give me $30 off my next purchase with them...if used this year... What?!?! I want a refund! This has taken way too long... and why would I book another event with DunknJump when This last issue wasn’t handled properly??
Brought jumper it was dirty wasn’t cleaned properly from previous party. Had duct tape on it which could have been dangerous. Michelle was very rude when calling about my concerns. First and last time I will ever use this company. The delivery guys were sweet as to why I gave it at least a 3 stars. I don’t even write reviews but it was my sons bday.
### contenu Vraiment un excellent service ! Nous les avons utilisés pour l'anniversaire de l'enfant de mon colocataire. Leur personnel était très serviable et ponctuel. Quand ils sont arrivés pour le ramasser, les enfants sautaient encore dans tous les sens et l'équipe de livraison les a laissés sauter pendant 20 minutes supplémentaires après notre heure de ramassage ! Je les recommanderais certainement pour n'importe quel événement !!
