I can’t recommend Alex Sereles enough. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly had my best interests in mind. Alex explained everything clearly, kept me informed, and worked hard to get the best possible outcome in my DWI case. If you need someone who knows what they’re doing and actually cares, this is the lawyer you want.
The service I received was so terrible I have filed an official attorney grievance with the 7th Judicial District as well as a complaint to the New York Bar Association. My attorney Alex Serles was grossly unprepared for my hearing and utterly incompetent. Even the judge and District Attorney were angry with his lack of preparedness for my case that morning. The judge was going to cancel the hearing as a result. Which would have been another hardship for me having come a long distance travel out-of-state. So instead, my attorney just threw me under the bus to get the hearing done that morning; even after the judge said he had no other option but to “sentence me with all punishments having nothing to go on”, based upon my attorney’s lack of preparedness and gross incompetence. The District Attorney also expressed her anger that Alex Serles had not even updated her on my case in preparation for my hearing. The Senior Management Partner (attorney) as well, was not at all caring nor compassionate regarding the gross negligence I received from my attorney Alex Serles. I cannot warn future clients enough to not hire this firm to represent you. It was an over $5500 thousand dollar expensive lesson for me to learn. “Buyers Beware!”!
I’m blessed to have worked with my attorney. This case was over my head. I’ve never been to court before and never wanted to, but here I was. They helped me get out of criminal charges that were unfairly put on me and got my ticket reduced to something I could reasonably deal with. Thanks to everyone who put their neck out for me. Everyone was so smart and informed. It was great to work with these guys. They know what they’re doing for sure.
They put me right through to a lawyer Alex Serles and he got my case handled faster than i thought possible. Helped me with every step of the way and any questions i had always. Really appreciate the team and Especially Alex for making sure things got done and done right.
Mec, je ne sais pas par où commencer ! Les gars du DWI m'ont énormément aidé avec mon DWI. Je ne suis pas sûr qu'un autre cabinet aurait fait ce qu'ils ont fait pour moi. Ils ont le personnel le plus sympathique et ont vraiment pris mes besoins et mes attentes et les ont dépassés. Mon avocat était super et le cabinet était encore mieux. Si vous cherchez un avocat comme je l'étais autrefois, arrêtez-vous ici. Après environ un an à traiter avec eux, je n'ai que du positif à dire.
