I’ve been seeing Sarah Groff at Dynamic Dermatology since they opened years ago, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the health of my skin. I’ve gone to them for skin tag removals and mole checks—and I’m not too shy to say I’ve also done Botox, filler, and microneedling. The team is kind, professional, and always on time. The office is clean, welcoming, and well-appointed. They’re personable, remember me and my preferences, and I’ve never had a bad experience or outcome. In fact, it’s the opposite—every time I leave and my treatment heals, I’m highly satisfied. Price-wise, they’re not the cheapest, but they’re also not the most expensive. It feels like a fair price for excellent care and service. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with medical or cosmetic dermatology in San Antonio, I highly recommend Dynamic Dermatology.

Dr. Groff is a wonderful dermatologist. Her attention to detail is spectacular. She makes patients feel welcomed and comfortable with all dermatological complaints. She believes in patient-centered care and is up-to-date on the most recent clinical guidelines. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this clinic. Highly recommend this establishment.
I cannot speak highly enough of the care I receive at Dynamic Dermatology. This practice truly sets the gold standard for patient-centered skin care, consistently going above and beyond expectations. The two things that stand out the most are the deep level of respect and competence shown by everyone on the team. I always feel completely comfortable discussing any issue no matter how minor or sensitive it may seem and I have never once felt invalidated or embarrassed. They create a genuinely judgment-free environment, which is so important in healthcare. Every single question I bring up is answered thoroughly and patiently, ensuring I leave feeling fully informed and confident in my treatment plan.
Staff is very diligent, organized ,and professional. Dr. Groff listens and genuinely cares about your situation... she is very knowledgeable and shows a lot of confidence in her assessments... she takes the time to explain and is patent for any questions you might have. Highly recommend.
