If you like good food then stop shopping around and hire East Beach. No matter what size event you're putting together East Beach can handle it Chelsea and her team are amazing. One of the best in Hampton Roads. As a vendor/ photographer I always LOVE when I hear East Beach is catering bc I know that there's going to be great food.

Chelsea was amazing at handling my event at the Botanical Gardens. She took charge and handled everything! I didn’t realize that caterers did so much more than food - she arranged all the other vendors, helped me plan layout and timing, and was perfect. Not to mention the food was divine! Her staff was fun and pleasant. Top notch service. Oh and she did it all in 3 weeks!!

I would give more stars if I could!! Chelsea and her team were exceptional from the tasting to the wedding day. She was so accommodating to our needs and our guests with dietary restrictions. We have friends and family that are STILL talking about how good our wedding food was (the mashed potatoes are insanely delicious and cheesy!!). Her bartenders were the best and made the drinks exactly how I wanted them (strong and absolutely delicious). They made our signature drinks perfectly and I was so happy with how everything came out. Do not even get me started on the hors d'oeuvres. The lamb was incredible and Chelsea made sure that my husband and I got to try everything. We also took a quick break for photos at the beginning of dinner, and she ensured that our dinner was HOT and waiting for us at the perfect time when we were done. I dont know how she did it all, but I am still blown away. I am so glad we got to work with her and her company!

As the bride and groom, we wanted to create a truly unforgettable environment for our big day as we’ve been told it goes by in the blink of an eye! We were fortunate enough to receive a recommendation from our wedding venue, Norfolk Botanical Gardens, for an incredibly talented catering team, East Beach Catering, who exceeded our every expectation! We interacted with a few different team members from the East Beach Catering, and what struck us most about their team was their ability to capture, transform and bring to life the ideas we had for the vision of our wedding palette without missing a beat. Their attention to detail and artistic eye brought out the smallest, most tender moments that may have otherwise been overlooked. We received so many compliments about the quality of food and service provided by the East Beach Catering team! It’s 52 days later and our guests haven’t stopped raving about the delicious food they received! Chelsea and her team are not only masters in creation, but they are also true professionals. They arrived on time, maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, and made every small detail look perfect. The level of communication provided by the East Beach Catering team is impeccable as they were always willing to answer a text, email or call whenever we had a question, so we knew we were in good hands the day of the wedding. They even went above and beyond to assist us in providing a full alcohol shopping list (even when we chose not to use their bar services to save money). They were also true champions to set up (and move from one location to another in between events) many different catering options throughout an outdoor wedding, on July 12th, in Virginia! During our tasting, the East Beach Catering team provided many different ideas and suggestions to make sure we could bring our vision to life in the best and most efficient way possible while staying within budget. They were always willing to take feedback (without taking it to heart) during the tasting and were more concerned with making everything 100% perfect for our big day. They asked an abundance of great questions throughout the process to get a feel for what were our absolute “must haves” and even suggested some things we hadn’t thought of. They took great caution to note allergies and food preferences for guests and even ran some of our favorite cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres to us while we were in a separate location working on getting additional bride and groom portraits. Working with Chelsea and her team has been an absolute pleasure from first contact until the end of the wedding day. Their exceptional talent, professionalism, and dedication to their craft makes them a stand out choice in the world of wedding catering! Attended a 50th Anniversary party for a lovely couple,last night. Such a clean and esthetically pleasing venue. Rolling appetizer service prior to the bu Hope ffet dinner of Salmon and spaghetti, greenbeans and salad was wonderful. Crab bites were delish!!Hope and Chastity were so attentive and pleasant as they served the small bites. Never made me feel greedy! Lol

It was such a pleasure working with Chelsea and East Beach catering for my June 2025. They always answered my questions promptly and with such detail. They were so professional and really knew their stuff. I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. The wait and bar staff were fantastic, and the food tasted just as good as during the tasting. East Beach was also amazing by providing their own tablescape for the bar and buffet.
