We are very satisfied with the service provided by Eastend Plumbers. We had been experiencing lukewarm to cold showers for several weeks, and they helped us quickly identify the underlying issues. They provided clear, professional advice on the pros and cons of each repair or replacement option, which helped us make an informed decision that best suited our current situation. Special thanks to the engineer Mo. He replaced the broken parts in our boiler and patiently explained the most suitable and cost-saving temperature settings for both heating and hot water — and why they matter. He also took the time to double-check our shower system, showed us how to use it correctly, and even gave practical, professional advice on a small issue with the toilet seat. Overall, Mo was knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely helpful. We really appreciated the honest advice and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
The service provided by East End Plumbers and the engineer Mohamed who came to assess the problem was top notch - very professional! The engineer diagnosed the issue with my shower temperature very quickly and I am arranging for them to come back to complete the works. Recommend these guys for sure!
Very easy to book via whatsapp and appointment was available on the same day in couple hours of time. Plumber came over and helped resolve the emergency quickly. Prices are very competitive as well, most likely would continue using them going forward.
Very responsive and easy to deal with. I had to change the appointment date, and they replied to my late-night request and updated the booking by the next morning. The engineer arrived within the planned time window and quickly identified and fixed the issue. I’d be happy to use them again!
