Saw the bad reviews but tried anyway out of desperation and location convenience, but when I just tried to call them they hung up on me twice. I shouldn’t have bothered.
The front desk experience was disappointing she came off outdated, unaware, and low-key profiling me. It felt like she was there out of boredom, not purpose. You need someone younger, more culturally aware, and in tune with the times—someone who represents your brand with intention, not just passing time till retirement. - didn’t even get seen I just went somewhere else
0 stars. Secretary should have more decency. My husband went there after an injury at work to make sure there was no metal in the laceration to his jaw. Upon arriving to an EMPTY waiting room the secretary said he couldn’t be seen for a half hour and that he needs to go to the ER. As a nurse, this is unacceptable and this medical center should be EMBARRASSED for this type of care towards patients.
My experience here was excellent! I showed up less than a hr before they closed and the staff was super attentive and took their time. The meds prescribed helped me get rid of symptoms I was experiencing for an entire month going back & forth to my PCP. Also was able to get an xray of my chest & sinuses the same day.
I’m about to visit again and saw the ratings… it’s sad that the doctors care is outweighed by the set up of the office, giving the staff no privacy from the waiting area. The place is old but I wouldn’t say dirty… it gets busy and there is a wait, that’s true… what can they do? Minimize care to pump people through there? They have an X-ray, which is nice because they are able to extend their services rather than refer a person out to get X-rays. The doctor if I remember correctly was a bit interesting looking at first glance but nothing less than helpful, friendly and took his time explaining things to me… the set up was terrible… could use some fresh paint. I’m not going to rate any less than a 5 to an urgent care that has remained available to my Emergencies my entire life… cut them some slack…
