I honestly hate having to write this review. My family and I were patients at Magazine Street Animal Clinic for many years in the past, and I always experienced the care as kind, thoughtful, and excellent. After moving back to the area with a new rescue dog, I was genuinely excited to return and establish care again in their new space. Our appointment itself was good, and I really love Dr. Jo. She has helped me and my dogs so much over the years, and she continues to be thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. At our visit, we discussed several follow-up items she said she would get back to me on, including sitter referrals, guidance around my dog’s weight, and emergency planning. Some of these were time-sensitive. I was honestly shocked when no follow-up came. After a week, I emailed and called. While staff were polite, I still didn’t receive any response or follow-through. It has now been over two weeks since the appointment, multiple follow-ups from me, and still crickets.

I just love Doctor Alison , She did tremendous job taking care of my Zoe ! Unfortunately my Zoe passed over the rainbow there ! Thank you everyone that took care of her !

Great spot. I took our dog there for a issue. I called on a Saturday during the holidays and they were able to get me in within about 1h for an appt. Dr. Edwards was kind and professional. She took care of our dog. They did all the tests in house and we left we the meds. Super happy with the care we received. Also, everyone was nice.
