I went to Eaton’s for a custom engagement ring. Not only was David able to match the vision of the ring to my jumbled ideas, the process was flawless. From receiving the cad to the finished ring the work was efficient and extremely well done. A week after I proposed and needed resizing, same story. I am beyond impressed with David and his team, and will be back for any of my jewelry needs.
David was absolutely excellent. I was the cliché husband who waited until three days before Christmas to get my wife’s ring fixed, and I needed an emerald stone replaced. Not only did David get it done before Christmas, he had the stone set and the entire ring completed within two hours. The ring looks incredible—polished like new and truly flawless. Low pressure sales. I felt very comfortable in the shop. I was not pushed for any of the products. Lenoir helped me out and also educated me on what I should be looking for when I was looking for diamond cluster earrings for my wife for Christmas. She helped me compare some other products and some other brands and made it very well known that she knew what she was doing! The owner, David, also joined us and gave his input and was extremely nice and friendly. I felt very comfortable making a purchase here, and my wife is going to love her new diamond earrings!
David is fantastic to work with - knowledgeable, patient and fairly priced! I definitely recommend him if you are looking for wedding bands, or need to make changes to an existing ring. He was able to make the wedding band of my wife match the design of her engagement ring perfectly, and I am more than happy the way my wedding band turned out based on a specific design I had asked for.
