Joshua did my house today in this bad winter storm so glad he was safe. He still knocked on my door and explained what he was doing and even helped with making my front step visible due to the snow. I wish I can thank him 100x that’s how awesome he was great service!

Joshua performed a recent service at our home. He inquired if we had any special needs while he was at our home making suggestions in response how best to ensure any concerns were addressed. He was very respectful of our privacy since I work from home and our property overall. The service was fast, thorough and he was friendly

So shocked at how many good reviews this place has! The door to door sales guy sold me on switching our service from EcoPest to Ecoshield because he made it sound much better for a slightly higher price. It was a huge mistake switching! After the first 2 treatment phases where everything should be working, we instead had a ton of spiderwebs pop up all around the house and I was killing spiders right and left inside the house. The last guy that came out apparently didn't spray well or maybe it just doesn't work. He also told me to keep my kids/pets away for 30 mins cuz it's toxic to them when the original guy told me it's safe for kids and pets 🤔. After I started seeing all the webs and spiders around I contacted the sales guy who said they would make it right and then he ghosted me and never heard back from him and isn't responding to any of my texts. They automatically scheduled a service appt a week later and now no one is even showing up. Needless to say I regret leaving Ecopest as we had used them for several years and had an AMAZING and knowledgeable technician and never had any issues so will be going back to them.
