I recently found EJR after another jeweller said they would not be able to repair one of my rings and recommended I try EJR. I’m so glad they told me about them! A wonderful shop full of wonderful people! A warm welcome, super knowledgeable, clear information and answered all my (many) questions. My ring is now away for valuation, repair and resizing and whilst I was discussing options for my ring - my earrings were expertly repaired and I was able to wear them again as I left the shop! Thank you so much and I can’t wait to see my ring again when it comes back. I’m looking forward to remodelling another ring with their expert jewellers in due course.
EJR is a lovely and professional jewellery shop. I found it very reassuring being able to see their internal work shop and knowing that my jewellery was handled in-house. Every staff member I spoke to was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and provided a great customer experience. I had my engagement and wedding rings resized which were then ready well within the estimated time. I was blown away at how new they looked after being cleaned and highly polished. I’m so pleased with my rings. I got a valuation carried out on my engagement ring and this was detailed to a high standard in a very well presented document, along with the rings in beautiful packaging. I am so glad I found Edinburgh Jewellery Repair, I will not hesitate to go back and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!
The string on my beautiful pearls broke. I took the pearls to Edinburgh Jewellery Repair & the advisors were both so welcoming & helpful. The pearls were ready before the estimated due date. When I collected them I was again met with a warm welcome. The work done on my pearls was of a very high standard. I am delighted with the service & have been recommending this company to friends & family. Thank you The Retail Section of the Premises is full of beautiful jewellery. So worth a look!
Today I collected my husband’s platinum wedding band after its repair, and the transformation is remarkable. What had been a ring badly damaged against a rock in a water sports incident has been restored to pristine, like new condition. The skill and care put into this repair truly exceeded expectations. A very fair and reasonable charge for the repair. A full five stars! I’ll certainly be returning with my own rings for their turn to shine.
Took in a necklace for a clasp repair, the staff were so welcoming and nice to me! I got the necklace back sooner than expected, paid a very reasonable price and they even got out a tiny knot in the chain that had been bothering me for years! Highly recommend and will be going back in the future for any repairs! Thank you :))
