Went in today with my family. Service was great; the waiter was very friendly. The food... I don't know where to begin. Corn tortillas made by hand with a taste that'll bring you back to your grandma's. Guisado was thick with a perfect amount of seasoning and taste. The enchiladas are where Texas and Mexico meet, a taste you'll expect that will not let you down. Rice, which is always a deal-breaker for me, was made to perfection, fluffy, and every grain separated. I will be back to this restaurant with my family again. I will recommend it to friends and family that visit Corpus.

If I could give this place zero stars I WOULD! Called in an order tonight & the food was so cold, the queso I ordered was ice cold & in clumps. I paid 24 bucks for 3 tacos, chips & queso. I asked for 3 asada tacos with lettuce & cheese & 1 with lettuce tomato & cheese, I can't eat tomatoes but they put it on 2 of the tacos. I had to microwave the queso to heat it up. I called to complain & I believe the person I was talking to was the manager or owner & he hung up on me, how professional is he? Maybe if he wasn't flirting with one of the waitresses he would've paid attention to what I ordered. They say they make homemade tortillas but these looked like they came from the local corner store & how dare he insinuate that i was lying about what i got from them. DO BETTER!!!

El Jalisco Grill is by far my favorite restaurant! I absolutely love the staff, especially the girl that works at the drive through window! I always order the grande quesadilla with barbacoa with a side of chips and queso and it NEVER fails me. I wish this restaurant did a rewards system for how much I go here, as a broke college student this place really gets me through it. I love you El Jalisco

Good food and service, and a great value considering the price. Fajitas have a nice char, but still tender and juicy. My daughter had the birria ramen, and she really enjoyed it as well. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

We loved the service here the salsas were all so flavorful and yummy!!! The rice and beans were the best we have had. Also I ordered the chicken Flautas and they were so fresh and yummy. 😋 we will defiantly come back when we visit here again! 🎉🎉🎉
