It was absolutely a pleasure dealing with El Plomero Latino plumbers. They were on time, prompt and very thorough. I was victim of a fraudulent plumber that charged me to take a look at the problem, gave me a wrong diagnose of my issue and then never answered my calls back. El Plomero Latino plumbers stepped in and corrected my problem fast, accurately and for a great price. Overall I give them 5 stars and will recommend them in a heartbeat outstanding job!! Great service this was my first time using their service and I am very pleased. The technician Christian was very professional and he explained everything that was wrong. And explained what had to be resolved to get the job completed.
I wish I can give you a million stars. From beginning to end the process of getting my new water heater was easy and quick. My technician, Christian, was very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without being rude or impatient. He was very polite. He was very careful in leaving everything clean and to not scratch my floor as he was hauling the old unit out. I highly recommend El Plomero Latino. I'm glad that I saw your advertisement on a bus bench. I highly recommend you guys.
The technician Christian Ortega did an excellent job fixing the leak in our commercial space. Good communication. They did the job a day after request the service. Recommended 100%.
I was pleasantly surprised with the arrival of the tech. I was told between 3 - 5 PM and 3:05pm I received text message that tech. was on his way. Once arrived he looked at my issue and informed me that he would check to make sure he had everything needed to do the repair and would give me the quote of how my it would cost to do the repair. I felt price was fair and went ahead and approved repair. tech. took less than 30 min. to complete the repair. I was very satisfied overall. Will definitely use EL Plomero should I be in need plumbing services. Highly recommend.
