We had a wonderful New Year's Eve at the Central Lions Centre, the event provided by Ela Euro Catering! The catering was excellent-the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were delightful, friendly and attentive, which really added to the experience. We highly recommend Ela Euro Catering!
Ela Euro Catering is a very agile company providing excellent food in a variety of settings. I had a recent pleasure to attend a large New Year Eve celebration at the Lions Center in Edmonton. Superb food served in many different ways to enhance the event. Beside Polish specialty dishes like a tripe soup, hunter stew, and red borscht with French pastry there were traditional Canadian dishes as Ceasar salad, chicken cutlets, and incredibly tasting meat loaf with some secret ingredients which totally rocked. It should be patented and sold in stores. It was moist, soft, but still holding it shape until melting away in my mouth. I never had such a delicious meatloaf. Describing all the dishes would take way to long. Attending crowd was so pleased, that nobody talked about anything else. Thank you, Ela.
Ela Euro Catering provided exceptional service to the NYE event we attended along with our daughter’s wedding. Majority of the food was traditional Polish/Ukrainian cuisine done just perfect with that “grandma’s secret cuisine” homemade touch. We heard that everything Ela serves is homemade, home cooked, home baked, and all done from scratch. Delicious! Although we are quite familiar with this cuisine, Ela continues to amaze us with the variety, the consistency, the presentation, and the wholesome kind nature of her team. We look forward to working with Ela and Albert for the next event!!!
My family and I attended the New Year's Eve party hosted by Ela Euro Catering. It truly was a fantastic event! The food was so delicious, beautifully prepared and presented...not to mention abundant. There was such a variety of everything including the scrumptious desserts. The place was tastefully decorated creating a wonderful and festive ambience. The music was also very good. All in all, this New Year's party was a beautiful and classy event...the best New Year's party we have ever attended! I highly recommend Ela Euro Catering's New Year's Eve party for the future or her services for any other catering needs. She and her team are the best! Thank you Ela Euro Catering!
My Sister had her wedding this Saturday and the wonderful staff at Ela Euro catered it. All the food was presented so beautifully. Every one of the dishes were so full of flavour and cooked to perfection. I was even fortunate enough to receive a few of the left overs, and I am so gleeful that I get to experience this meal once again. I will be ranting about this meal forever and ever! Thank you for feeding our family and friends!
