I had an issue on New Year’s Eve Day resulting in multiple outlets and my tankless water heater not working. Shay was responsive and understanding of the issue and arrived to my home within 30 minutes to resolve the issue and make recommendations for future options to avoid problems and improve functioning around my home! In addition the price was very reasonable! Will use again and recommend to others! Thanks Shay! Happy New Year!
They are truly 24/7! I called at 3 am and they were here in 30 mins to fix my panel! Fair price and specialty licensed and insured. I will only allow them to touch my electrical from now on. They give military discounts, senior discounts, first responder discounts, I feel like there was more, but I can’t remember there were so many. They are truly caring people.
Recently I came home to a buzzing power meter and lights flashing on and off. After calling PG&E to check their meter they found that one of the "jaws" had burned out on my two year old panel. (A part not typically sold separately from the panel) Electrical ASAP was able to locate matching hardware in that same late evening and fixed it in just a few minutes and even gave me a discount on the panel I needed. They were very friendly and professional while coordinating with PG&E and throughout our interaction. I would highly recommend them!
I couldn’t be happier with my EV charger installation experience. From the first call, everything was smooth, fast, and professional. The price was excellent, and they had me scheduled just 4 days after I reached out—even though I hadn’t even ordered a charger yet. They recommended the ChargePoint HomeFlex Level 2 EV Charger (J1772, Hardwired) and I’m so glad I went with it. It’s worked flawlessly so far. They also handled the entire permit process for me, which made things so much easier. My technician, Abel, was incredible—on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and even taught me a few things along the way. The install (garage-mounted Level 2 setup) had a few tricky parts, but Abel handled them with ease using smart problem-solving and experience. He even future-proofed the setup by running a neutral wire, so I’d have the option to switch to a plug-in charger later if I ever need to. And the cleanup? Immaculate—the area looked better than before he started. This is the kind of care and quality that earns trust. I highly recommend this team, and Abel especially. I’ll definitely be using them as my go-to electricians from now on.
