Bought a record player from this place, said if I could leave it there because it was too big to walk with. Changed my mind the next day thinking I could use the money for more. Came back the next day, asking if I could get a refund, Elderly White haired guy says “aw but it’s all boxed and waiting upstairs”, i said I know but there’s a birthday coming up and I want to use my money towards that. Then he gets adamant, saying well we don’t accept refunds, mind you, the record player literally has not left that shop. I’d get it if I had brought it home out of the shop but that’s just abysmal. Saying aw but we already took it off the website… Put it back on?? Do not expect refunds from here.

Collect my cdj 2000 after repair, unfortunately they have not replaced the encoder with the new one they just charged me £118 for repair. On phone a week ago I have been told how they’re ordered new encoder. But it looks like they just did fast fix of old one. No invoice with repair description until requested. No deduction on full bill amount of £40 as is stated on job ticked. I’ve been cheated on this repair and I feel like they steal my money. I am not happy with this service After the call to report unprofessional behaviour and missing parts from device (picture taken in shop when device left for repair), at 9:00am on 14.06.25 I’ve been treated by Police of one of the employees. Well done shop and Belfast As you wrote bellow, warranty of 3 months on repair. I request replacement. All new parts are have 1 year of warranty. Thanks for this admitted statement that you repair and not replace the encoder, but charge me as a new one. Really nice confirmation, bravo.

The very best of service and support from the staff with purchase of pioneer djs set up and few extras. Very knowledgeable and willing to demo all equipment. Made sure I'd everything needed to simply plug and play . Thank you guys.

I’ve been shopping here since the mid 90’s for my DJ gear and the service has always been second to none. Customer service is excellent, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and will always give you advice if you’re unsure about which product you need. Very highly recommended.
