Electronic Express is awesome. Jordan and Zach were so helpful in helping me buy a TV. I had originally bought one from Best Buy on Black Friday that was delivered two weeks late, and with a busted screen. I took the TV back and found the same model at EE, they even matched the same price that Best Buy had on Black Friday. You can't beat that! Customer service to the max. EE will have my business for all things electronics from here on out.

If i could give negative stars i would. We came to this sorry place and was told to leave that it was “5 dollars a minute to sit in the chair” that we had to leave and not loiter. We was there i was getting conformation on the purchases. . Mind you i brought a trailer to purchase 2 chairs for a present . The manager said we was dirtying things up and referred to us a kids. i hate this store with a passion . & everything was a joke . Never shop at this place ever again !! & if you have thoughts about it go somewhere else it’s not worth it.

Jamie gave me best the best experience I’ve had in a long time. He was very knowledgeable about every washer/dryer in store. He was patient in the midst of my indecisiveness. He has a very calming demeanor. I was panicking on the inside (from having so many decisions to choose from), but he calmly listened to all of my desires and helped me find the best set for me in my budget. If I could, I would clone Jamie and place one of him at every establishment I visited. But since I can’t, I just want to give a huge THANK YOU to him for making a difficult decision/process be smoother than it’s ever been.

I love this store. The workers are so nice and the prices are mind blowing, even compared to online pricing. I had no idea they even sold appliances and furniture either. Definitely will be coming back!
