Today I was blatantly denied service because I use a wheelchair. I explained that I could safely remain in my chair for a polish change and that I was not asking anyone to do anything unreasonable or unsafe. I have done this for years. My wheelchair elevates, which means I can be positioned appropriately without transferring, and transferring into another chair would be unsafe for me. Instead of making even the most basic effort to accommodate me, they refused service and defended it as “policy.” Calling it policy does not change the fact that this was disability discrimination. Policies that exclude disabled customers are still discriminatory. This experience was cruel, dismissive, ableist, and absolutely unacceptable.
Great Nail Lounge! I came at the last minute right before they closed and they welcomed me with opened arms. They are clean, friendly, and have great hospitality. As an athlete it’s very important for me to take care of myself, so I will be coming back here again!
Classy Nails Lounge is the best nail salon I have ever been to! Its clean, beautiful aesthetics set the ambiance for wonderful experience. The nail technician Diane was thorough and took good care of my problem nails. The owner Rose is a delight. I’m very impressed and will be back!
I was coming to Phoenix for a business trip and had broken a nail on the flight in. I had JUST gotten my nails done the day before, so I wanted to get it fixed before my meetings. I came to Classy Nails Lounge straight off of the flight and they matched the color perfectly and fixed my broken nail for FREE even though I had gotten them done in a different state. Great customer service and quality! Thank you Classy Nails Lounge!!
I love this nail salon so much. Have been coming here for almost a year now! I love going during the week because there is no wait. Definitely ask for the book of nail stickers, they have so many and they’re so fun! The owner is the sweetest woman ever and always makes sure everything is ok and you get what you want. I might be moving away from Phoenix and will seriously miss coming here!
Such a great nail place! Customer service is excellent, they listen to what you want and provide suggestions along the way. I’m always nervous when I go to someone new but Heather did a great job on my dip and design. The shape is so smooth - I love them! Candy did amazing design on my daughters nails, we love both our sets. Will definitely be back!
