My son and I had a blast here! Alot of activities under one roof! Karts are fast, games are new and fun and overall it wasn't bad priced!

We had a GREAT experience! I honestly had low expectations based on some reviews, comments, and of course prior experience with similar indoor parks. All the games and activities were fun, working, and well staffed. The layout is organized and functional. It definitely seemed busy, but we never felt crowded or waited too long for any events. Sure it’s a bit expensive, but after all was said and done, it was quite reasonable, even compared to similar parks, so we thought it was well worth it. And all the employees were VERY pleasant and helpful! My only suggestions would be something to speed up the initial “check-in” counter (took a while to get through and hard for staff to determine who was next or had been waiting the longest, although how they set up the events on your play cards was a little confusing at first, so if it’s your first time and have questions, then it will obviously take longer 😉); there was only one hand dryer in the bathroom and zero towel dispensers (i never ran into a problem personally, but could see that being an issue, so more dryers would be beneficial); and maybe a few more sanitizers placed throughout. Overall, we were very impressed and had an awesome time! We would definitely return and recommend Elev8!

Very well setup business... Very easy to understand and the layout of the areas and food makes it family fun friendly. I had tried the mini golf and cosmic bowling and loved it. They also have a food area and bar so they serve alcohol drinks as well. They have charge centers everywhere so it makes it easy to reload cards so you can keep going. You have to register every player before hand which you can do at front at a standalone kiosk or a the front desk. You basically are given a card that works for everything. Bowling is awesome and love the lanes and mini golf was a blast.

Surprisingly affordable...I brought my 11 year old grandson and he said today was his best day ever! A two hour card provided just enough fun...plus the 7 minute race...bumper cars would be a blast though...next time we will explore the other activities available...bowling...putt putt etc...recommended for a family fun afternoon...oh...BTW 4 private party rooms with various packages...and pleasant staff...Joe the manager was helpful...enjoy

Normally I wait until a third visit to a place to review it but Elev8 decided to raise the bar (elevate it, if you will! 😂)! Starting with the staff on our recent visit: Jayden and Mordy (Morty?) were so very nice, helpful, and patient during our axe throwing escapades and were great to talk to during and after. Myla, in the laser tag area, was hilarious, helpful, and fun, despite it being fairly late by the time we got to her we never felt rushed or like an imposition. Customer service is such a big deal in places like this and this past weekend, the service rose to the occasion. Elev8 is a fun place but that does rely very heavily on a great team. The bartender (Terri, I believe) was very nice as were the people running bowling and the 4D experience. The only negative we had were some of the customers. Many lack boundaries or control of their children but there isn't much the staff can do about that.
