Unfortunate, because they have good equipment, and are conveniently close, but they ripped me off, wrongly charged my credit card for almost a thousand dollars, and would not refund once the "mistake" was pointed out. Had they not done that, I'd be going weekly and they'd make so much more from me. Pay attention!
Deann is the best employee I've seen, yall gotta give that woman a raise. Her hospitality was that of the highest level. She fully explained and helped me with every treatment and made me feel very welcome. Most definitely signing up for the membership!
A M A Z I N G !!!! We went for our first time using the Elevate Experience special offer and really enjoyed it - even the Whole Body Cryotherapy! But more than the therapies offered is the welcoming atmosphere that Tiffanie and Doug offer. They pay attention to you and have vast knowledge about every therapy including guidance for the best way to experience each one. Clearly, they are experts. They have found the balance of professionalism merged with friendliness, conversation, guidance and information. We are huge fans.
The cryotherapy was a great experience. The owner was very knowledgeable and explained everything to my wife and I. She was friendly and answered all my questions. It was my first time so I wasn't sure about it. I would definitely go back. It made me feel great and relaxed my body.
I enjoyed the experience, I felt great had loads of energy. My skin felt smooth. The facility was nice and clean and peaceful. Staff was super sweet and helpful 😊. I plan to go back.
