We have used Daniels services for a number of years. No job is either too big or too small. He is reliable and always very professional. We have had problems such as internet and wifi connections, wiring via TP links and computer and laptop problems. He was able to retrieve all the information from my Mac Book Air, which had reached the end of its life and turned off completely. With needing this to run the business and all the documents saved on it from over the years it was crucial that we could have this information saved. Daniel spent a few days on this and was able to save and transfer all the information onto a brand new macbook air. He was able to connect my mobile to my macbook and simplify alot of features. Regards other staff laptops, he can troubleshoot, fix bugs and viruses and upload software programmes onto these. He helped us with multi function device printer issues, troubleshooting, connection to wifi and internet and connecting these to devices. We have a number of buildings within our business which over the years have ran off numerous internet providers because of the lay out - he has always been able to understand the most complex IT problem and is a total life saver for our business. We would highly recommend Elite Computer Services, and would never think of using anyone else.
