I was at the same event with Lana Fernandez 3 weeks ago (review below). I agree with her comments since we were all freezing. It was a very unpleasant experience especially with many senior citizens present. She had rented the room until 5:00pm and the Owner's response regarding getting there early had nothing to do with heating the room even though we appreciated you letting us in. You stated you turned on the heat at 12:10 but obviously it wasn't enough time to get the room warm until the family & friends showed up. In addition, nobody wasn't available to fix the heat problem. I feel she is owed a truthful response and compensation since her family paid good money to hold the reception for her deceased father at your facility.
The Venue was nice and clean and they gave us plenty of time to decorate. Our party was a holiday party for Middle School Cheerleaders. They had such a great time. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating, They will also work within your budget. I would highly recommend this venue. We will definitely be back next year!!
Clean, nice environment Staffs & Manager are friendly and accomodating. A lot of available Venue for occasions, Christmas & Birthday Parties. Affordable prices with discount. Close to my house. Highly recommended
This is my personal exercise with this venue. I came here for a wedding. The venue was so beautiful itself. I meet the staff for pricing they were really nice and also this place was so clean. We came early and it was setup properly and ready to use.
Elite Event Venue was an amazing location to hold our daughter's second birthday. The owner is so nice and the venue is beautiful! Our event held around 250 people and it worked out perfectly. Lighting was perfect .They allowed us to bring our own DJ, decorators, food, Photo Booth, snow cone truck. Everything went so smooth. Staff is really nice and hard working. I really appreciate you guys for everything. We will definitely go with Elite for our next event. :)
