Not the company you want for small affair or simple rental such as a table large enough to accommodate last minute increase in Thanksgiving guests. I called Monday and was told the “feast tables” (plural, though I only needed one) were available. I offered to pay with credit card over the phone and was told to wait for my emailed invoice. Also because of the astronomical delivery charge of $129.+ for this $22.00 table rental, I said I could arrange to pick it up Wednesday afternoon and was told hours were from 9:00-4:00. I signed the email contract today and then because there was a “submit payment” option (3% credit card fee) I texted confirming I could just pay cash when I picked it up. Received a text message saying they couldn’t hold item without payment and the table was no longer available. They offered a smaller table if I could pick it up between 9:00 and 11:00. Neither option worked; table too small, no truck till 1:00. Happy Thanksgiving. 😢😡
Elite event rentals brought my ideas into reality for my hibachi party! The tables, chairs, and lighting was so perfect I couldn’t have done any better myself! Even with the last-minute changes, they were very flexible and made it all come together perfectly. The set up and pick up crew was so professional and quick. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for the best prices AND quality rental equipment!
We needed to cancel 6 days ahead for some chairs we were picking up. They won't issue a refund because they say 10 days needed. I would understand if it was a delivery and pick up they would need to schedule labor etc. I prepaid in advance as required. Poor way to do business. I will not use them in the future and would not recommend them. We appreciate you trying to find a solution but we have no future use for 30 chairs. You could easily give us a refund or at least 50%. We wanted the chairs for our beach wedding but almost $1000. for you to deliver them. Unreasonable for a couple of hours use. That's why we decided to pick them up. We changed our mind as too much hassle. You could make it right but choose not to. 0 Stars
I want to thank this company. I called about a week away from the event found out that the place did not have a Dance-floor. No worries. They had a nice dance floors available to pick from you could see them online. They delivered it and picked it up at the proper times. They even had to adjust delivery since the freight elevator wasn’t working at the place they were delivering the flooring. The workers were very pleasant and professional I believe Trent and Erin. Definitely use you again in the future if I need event and Rental equipment. no worries with them
