They were extremely helpful throughout the process and very patient with my number of questions. They were the only roofer to step up and spend the time to push the insurer to accept the claim. The follow through was excellent almost to the point of bothersome but that is what was required to pressure our insurer. The price was in the middle of the quotes I received and the quality is top notch. Overall, I am very happy with the final product. The paperwork, service and communication being the difference maker.
Luke and the team were fantastic from start to finish. I had a door knocker tell me my roof had weather damage. Luke walked me through the process, and his team had removed my old roof and installed the new one on the same day. The best part was that their price was considerably lower than other quotes. I would definitely use Elite Roofing Solutions again.
Wonderful experience with Jake Puckett and his team. My partner and I reached out to Jake for a full roof replacement. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and helped us decide on the best options for our home. Additionally, he brought us samples to look over before committing to our new roof. His team came out at the time they said they would, and did fantastic work. They put boards around our lower windows, and laid tarps over our flower beds, walkways, and porch. They had our old roof off within 3-3.5 hours despite being down a team member. Despite the incredibly hot summer day, they had almost all of our replacement done the first day, including a skylight that needed replacing. They arrived on time the next day and had the entire project completed by 9am. During the work process the team was incredibly considerate and cleaned as they worked. They also were very respectful, warm, and friendly anytime we spoke with them. Jake then came out and inspected our attics, the work done, and made sure everything was clean around our home. Home repair projects are always stressful, but Jake was very helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure the process was done well. Our crew that came out did wonderful, quality work. They made the entire process a positive experience. My entire experience with Elite Roofing Solutions and Caleb DeLee was exceptional! Everything was done professionally and as represented. My roof looks 1000% better and has improved the overall look of my 34 year old house. The estimate was on target and Caleb thoroughly explained what was to be done and when. The workers arrived a little early and got busy working and was able to complete the job in about 12 hours. My roof is high pitched. I highly recommend this company and Caleb to replace your next roof.
