Erick Zavala and his colleagues did a great job solving our drainage issue. While it did end up being quite extensive work that was needed, they used the right tools to show me the problem and make it obvious what we needed to do. All along the way they communicated well to help justify their price. This was over the Christmas holiday as well. Definitely recommend them.
Had a leak coming from the base of my toilet. Needed to have it checked ASAP before my vacation. Made an appointment the night before. Ruben came the next morning. He checked for causes and determined that the toilet was cracked. He replaced the wax ring, toilet and even snaked the main line. Did it all in a day. Great and very professional work. Reasonable price for the time crunch I needed it done by. Will update if there are leaks.
Avoid at all costs. Called Elite Rooter for a simple drain blockage. They worked for 2 hours with their snake equipment and caused flooding in my basement. When confronted, they denied any responsibility and claimed “snaking can’t damage pipes.” Instead of fixing the problem they created, they left everything open and pressured me with two quotes: $3,675 or $6,850 for work that wouldn’t even solve the original issue. Got a second opinion from another plumber who cleared the blockage in 20 minutes for $180. Total damage from Elite Rooter: • $180 to fix what they couldn’t • $150 cleaning sewage from my basement • 2 days of stress Original Elite Rooter charge: $79 service call They have all the warning signs of a scam operation: cause a problem, deny responsibility, then upsell expensive “solutions.” Their quotes even include disclaimers that they’re “not responsible for unforeseen issues” - convenient when they create the issues. Save yourself the headache and money. Use a reputable local plumber instead. License #1034343 - file complaints with California Contractors State License Board if you have similar experiences.

We had a leak underneath our bathroom sink, the appointment I scheduled the day before no show and no communication. I looked for another company and found Elite Rooter - best decision!! I texted and had someone call me back seconds later and within 30mins Zach came in. He evaluates the problem - gave the best options. He went to get the parts for the sink - within less than 1hr everything was fixed. We’re so happy with the level of professionalism, punctuality and knowledge.
