I have lived in several Ellis Home Source properties in the past. My experience with them has been nothing short of fantastic. Everyone of their team that I have had an interaction with has been so pleasant. They've personable, professional, and they seem to genuinely care about you as a person not just a tenant. It was so easy to get in touch with them (to an actual person), and any questions/concerns I brought to them were handled immediately. If I had the option I would always go with an Ellis run property.
Wanted to personally thank Michelle for the wonderful experience during my occupancy with Ellis HomeSource, Inc! Her greeting and check-in was very welcoming upon arrival, and it really set a positive tone for great rental experience. I was especially impressed by the quick response to home specific inquiries and/or any questions that arise during my stay. The attention to detail and commitment to provide excellent service really stood out.
