I got my face derma-bladed with the amazing Tara. Beside the obvious of baby smooth skin, i left with SO MUCH GLOW, i swear she made me looking like I had botox on my forehead! I have dry, sensitive skin and tend to break out when i wax --two days after, my skin is flawless without a single breakout!
This place is the worst place. I cannot go to this place again. They took $250 from me, a scam. And just want to collect your credit cards and charge you for nothing You called me to sign the papers before I complain about the result or the pain that happened to me for more than a week, and even all the calls I was calling, no one answered for this reason, I will not return to this place again and I do not advise my friends in this place By the way I did not run this is big lie and ashamed on your self very very very bad place to go scamming me No thx I will never ever go back to this place agine to hurt my face agine , you took $250 from me to hurt and burn my face and you think I will come back agine and or let my friend to get scammed like you did to me
I’ve been to many various places offering skin peels, laser treatments and the such but I felt compelled to share my experience at this place. My boyfriend I came in and spoke at length with the NP about my skincare regimen and products I use and treatments I would benefit from. She gave me false information a number of times-one being that you CAN mix salicylic acid with vitamin C (if you are into skincare and have done minimal research, this is a no-no). I didn’t correct her on any of the information she offered, I just proceeded to listen. My boyfriend wanted to buy 2products and I did not and she explained that we could purchase them and if we weren’t satisfied, we could return them without issue. This was normal to me since other companies like this allow returns as well. I’ve recently ordered from Paula’s choice and she has a similar return policy. Also, something that disturbed me was that the NP knew nothing of the treatments offered at this location. She directed me to one of the aestheticians who also seemed to know little of treatments she was directing me to do. Maybe it was lack of confidence but she literally had to go to the computer when I asked her what was in a chemical peel she said would work to get rid of my hyperpigmentation. Very strange to me because she said it was their popular treatment. I went home and read ingredients in the crystal clear face wash and saw that there were many chemicals in it and the AHA and BHA acids were literally the last ingredients listed. Also, the spray sun screen gave me bumps all over my face (I have sensitive skin, something I explained to the NP) I immediately called and asked to come by to make my return. The manager AS WELL AS THE NP I SPOKE WITH stated I would not be able to return any of the products. I feel lied to and scammed, honestly. If you are debating whether or not to go to this place for any form of skin issues, perhaps doing more research with other places first. Maybe this company has not been in business very long but the customer service is strongly lacking and they need personnel who understand skin very well. I’m a dark skinned young lady and I know a lot about my own skin so you can’t just give information and think I will not do my own due diligence in educating myself. Maybe someone who isn’t familiar with skin or products but not me.
Ça ne vaut pas l'argent du tout. Ils manquent des zones et avancent vraiment lentement, si bien que l'heure passe très vite sans qu'ils n'aient fait grand-chose. Dans mon ancien centre de laser, avant de déménager, j'ai pu avoir une séance laser COMPLÈTE en une heure, voire moins d'une heure en fait, parce que je suis très petite. Chez Elysium, ils n'ont même pas fait la moitié en une heure. Pas d'exagération. Et aussi, si tu veux ressembler à un tigre avec des rayures de poils qui ont été manquées, vas-y. Je crois que ma technicienne laser s'appelait Anna ou quelque chose comme ça. Le personnel est très sympa, cependant je ne plaisante pas quand il s'agit de gaspiller mon argent.
À Allison, Je voulais juste te contacter pour te remercier sincèrement pour le service phénoménal que tu m'as offert lors de ma première séance. J'ai reçu le Led treatment, bien que j'aie été nerveux au début, c'était en fait une expérience amusante dans l'ensemble. Tu as répondu à toutes mes questions et tu m'as donné des informations utiles, ce qui me rend enthousiaste à l'idée de poursuivre mon parcours de soins de la peau. Je reviendrai certainement en tant que client !
