We cannot say enough great things about EMDuct and their specialist Andre. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. They did an incredibly thorough job cleaning our ducts and furnaces, and honestly got my in-laws’ home into the best condition it’s been in over 40 years. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. The entire crew was kind, informative, and extremely efficient. They took the time to explain everything, shared eye-opening before photos (including old toys and years of buildup 🤢), and followed up with impressive after videos showing how spotless everything was. The transformation was unreal. Their communication was outstanding — I emailed them on a Saturday night, received a call Sunday afternoon, and they were at the house the very next day. That level of responsiveness is rare. EMDuct has five stars for a reason. Deon and Devon did an amazing job cleaning doing a deep clean of my entire vent system. They were quick to call out areas that you can tell haven’t been cleaned in years. The previous owners of my house had dogs and the smell went away instantly.
