They arrived in the time window and did a great job. We'll definitely be using them again as I manage multifamily housing and this was a great price compared to the other services that charge not by the hour.
My tenant had a major stoppage which backed up into the basement bathroom and outer room. I needed the bathroom cleaned and ready for an inspection and appraisal. After a few misstarts, Maki was able to get the house on the schedule and get the house back to it almost original condition. Certainly, the job was done spectacularly enough that the folks coming through had no idea my tenant had stopped up the main line to the street. I will use eMaids again. Absolutely.
