The most amazing dress shopping experience. My friends and family flew from California and Wisconsin to be a part of the experience in January 2025 and it truly was a great time. Chrystal was amazing and a ton of help. She really assisted in bringing my wedding dress vision to life. I bought a dress in a different shade and wanted the sleeves removed and they helped me to see what that would look like. The finished product was even more beautiful than I imagined.
From the moment I walked into Emerald Bridal, I felt like I was right at home. The team welcomed me with open arms, and from day one, they were cheering me on like family. I cannot say enough amazing things about Caitlyn—she is truly one of a kind! Kind, patient, and so genuine, she made me feel completely comfortable through every step of the process. Her support and energy were everything I needed, and by the end of my visits, it honestly felt like she was part of my family. Thanks to Caitlyn and the incredible team at Emerald Bridal, I found the dress, and I couldn't be happier. Saying yes to the dress here was such a special moment, and it’s all because of the love, care, and joy they pour into what they do. I want to first start off by saying Lauren was awesome! She was so nice, uplifting, and listened to all my wants/opinions. Emeralds was my first place I went shopping at and fell in love with the first dress I tried on. Lauren was so respectful of me taking my time and was supportive of me going to my other appointments. I will say I went to a few other places and nothing topped Emeralds. From the moment you walk into there you feel all the love and all the girls who work there are so sweet. With that being said, I said yes to the dress at Emeralds and would encourage all future bride to be to go here. Lauren made the process from start to finish so much fun and easy. I highly recommend to have Lauren as your stylist and go to Emeralds to find your dress.
From the moment I put my dress on, I knew. I started crying. I knew this was MY dress. Incredibly thankful to the team of Emerald Bridal Lounge for helping me find the one. They were spot on with what my desired dress styles were and their pricing was within my budget. They were so efficient and respectful to my sister and I. They even gave me recommendations for where to take my dress for alterations! One of whom I used to alter and she was amazing. I received so many compliments on my gown and I will forever treasure it! -Sincerely an Emerald Bride.
