This is truly a wonderful company. They were incredibly patient, communicating with me thoroughly over the phone and offering crucial advice. I believe they always stay true to their original mission: putting the customer first and solving their problems, rather than shirking responsibility or prioritizing profit. This is the most touching company I've encountered in this country, bar none.
We had an issue with our RCD tripping, which took out all the downstairs sockets and the boiler. The electrician arrived and, within about 35 minutes, traced the problem to a burnt out socket behind the washing machine. He explained everything clearly, fitted a new socket for a small extra £15, and carried out a few tests to make sure everything was working properly. Once he’d finished, all the power was back on with no more tripping. He also pointed out that a loose screw had caused it to overheat. I felt reassured throughout and would happily use this service again and recommend them to others.

After having another supposedly ‘electrician’ fail to fix a fault, we called on the services of Emergency Electrician 247 late on a Thursday night to see if they could get our electrics working again. We’d been without plugs or lights for most of the day and were getting worried by then. Over the phone they said they could get an electrician out to us that night, and considering how late it was, £140 an hour seemed quite reasonable – we were desperate. One of their electricians arrived just over an hour later and, after asking me a few questions, got straight to testing the house. There was an earthing fault, which was why the main switch kept tripping. He quickly found the problem: water had run down from the kitchen sink and got into the socket where the washing machine plugs in. So he sorted it by moving the socket over, fitting a new one, and voila – everything was working again. (Got to get the sink sealed though.) From arrival to fix was just under an hour, so I was grateful not to pay any extra. The electrician definitely knew what to look for and was clearly good at his job. I’d definitely recommend them – though I hope I don’t need an emergency electrician any time soon. Thankyou
John was polite and thorough, explained all the issues and how it could be fixed, had us back online and electricity restored after a fire in the roof. Arrived in under a hour from calling and all resolved swiftly. Thank you John for making a stressful time a little less stressful.
