The Emich Automotive Collision Center is great. They handled everything with the insurance company and more than that they did a great job on the repair. After the detailing, my car looked brand new. The staff is also great and very helpful with everything regarding the repair.
I brought my VW Tiguan here after being T-boned, feeling completely unsure of what to do next. From the very first phone call, the team was calm, reassuring, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to clearly explain the process and costs, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Although my vehicle was ultimately totaled and I’m now in the market for a new VW, I’m genuinely excited to work with Emich on my next purchase. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Emich Collision for Paintless Dent Repair. They are extremely professional and finished the work perfectly and quickly. Alex and Marissa took great care of us and kept us informed every step of the way. They even had the car detailed before pickup. Don’t go anywhere else! Emich Collision is the best.
Alex, manager, was very helpful - listened and was clear in explaining what work would be completed. Marissa was our point of contact, she was attentive and kept us informed of where they were in the repair process. She responded quickly to all our questions. The work was completed in a timely manner and the quality of workmanship was evident and impressive. If we ever need auto body work performed in the future, Emich will be our first call. Thank you to the Emich team for taking such good care of us.
Very happy I went outside of Progressive’s recommended body shops—Emich Automotive Collision Center did amazing. Alex and Marissa were awesome throughout the entire process! They always kept me updated and were very thorough. I had over $10,000 worth of body work done paid through insurance, and Emich made it look like it never even happened! I had to pay a little out of pocket for some extra work outside of insurance; Alex kept his word and gave me the same quoted price, even though it ended up slightly going over. Also, I truly appreciated how they try to solely use new parts, and not aftermarket or used (which insurance companies want because it’s cheaper). Alex made the effort to get the genuine new parts price matched with Kia, so I had the best parts possible! Lastly, they even detailed the inside and out FULLY. It was like a brand new car when I got in :) Thanks again!
