I have received physical therapy at Empower, Chandler location, for several months. I have found everyone there to be courteous, well trained, knowledgeable and eager to treat my physical therapy needs. I see improvement in my over-all physical condition. It's a slow but sure process to restore a person back to good health. I am confident, that with the help of the staff at Empower, I may regain a great portion of my physical motor skills and strength. Management and staff greet you with a smile and wish you well as you complete your special therapy routine. This place is excellent for PT. I've been coming here for over 7 months now since enduring a traumatic hand injury in Sep of 2024, and a second revision surgery for that injury in Feb 2025. Flexible scheduling and patient, attentive staff and PTs across the board at this location. Chris is a certified hand therapist, one of very few in the entire East Valley, and he is dedicated to helping his patients in session and in ensuring they are set up for success and recovery for their home exercises. You get a full hour's worth of attentive therapy each visit, and I've been given countless supplies and tools to use at home. They know what they're doing here, especially the hand-therapist Chris, and if you put in the work - you will recover and maximize your function and overall outcome.

Amazing bunch of people here. Kyle spent time with me learning not only why I was there, but my health history as well. This is HUUUGE for me, given surgery on my right shoulder in 2015 and a front and rear entry spinal fusion in 2016. Places have had me attempt excercises that inflame these constant pain points....Kyle and his team have modified my treatment plan as much as necessary and whenever necessary to accommodate and reach my goals without adding more pain from old surgeries. No other establishment has shown even a fraction of the personal care and compassion, the commitment, these guys have, to truly help people. And to add to the amazingness of the staff....not only did they remember my fiance Rachel and my four year old Harmony after our FIRST visit, but asked about them as well!
