Working with this agent Ahmad Rizek was an outstanding experience from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. Every question was answered promptly, every detail was handled professionally, and his guidance made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and seamless. His negotiation skills, market insight, and dedication truly set him apart. I couldn’t recommend him more highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Enas Latif was absolutely amazing to work with! She was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. From start to finish, she made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Enas took the time to explain every detail, stayed on top of every step, and truly had my best interests at heart. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care set her apart. I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.
Had an excellent experience buying a house. I worked with both Enas and Ahmed. They are very diligent and are very knowledgeable about the local area/market. They were very responsive to all our queries and understood our needs well. We only had one weekend to look at houses in person and Ahmed made it happen in a way that we maximized the value of our time. Even if we picked a house to tour last minute, he made it happen. Both were very punctual as well. Highly recommend.
While Enas and her team ultimately sold our house, we had a very poor overall experience with Enas and I would not recommend her to anyone considering selling their home. Prior to signing any agreements, we had a clear verbal conversation with Enas where she acknowledged and agreed that we would not be paying more than 5% total in commissions to sell our home. She explicitly stated she would never let a sale fall through over commission splits between agents. Based on that conversation, when we received an offer and learned the buyer’s agent was requesting 2.5%, we reasonably believed Enas and her team would also be making 2.5%, keeping the total commission at the agreed-upon 5%. Throughout the process, Enas verbally walked through numbers with us over the phone (net proceeds, closing costs, etc.), but at no point did she provide written documentation clearly outlining commission splits. When we arrived at closing and reviewed the paperwork, we were shocked to see that Enas had listed her commission at 3%, bringing the total commission to 5.5%, not the 5% we had discussed. That additional 0.5% amounted to just under $3,500, which is not a small or insignificant difference. When we called her during closing to address this discrepancy, she refused to adjust the terms and became increasingly defensive. Her tone was condescending, she repeatedly interrupted us during conversations, and she spoke with a consistently bad attitude that made productive communication difficult. She dismissed our concerns by stating that she “did a lot to sell our house.” While some staging was involved, photography and one open house were conducted, both of which are standard when selling a home. The house received an offer in just two weeks, so this was not a long or difficult sales process. Her behavior on closing day was especially disappointing. We experienced multiple interactions where she was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. We were left sitting at the closing table waiting for direction while she was in an “internal meeting” and said she could not talk. She told us the meeting would end at 1:15; more than 20 minutes passed with no communication or urgency. When she finally did call, she immediately interrupted us again, spoke in a hostile tone, and attempted to excuse her behavior by blaming it on “having too much coffee.” We also learned during closing that she failed to provide us with the required dual agency disclosure, despite Hunt representing both the buyer and seller. We never received that documentation, and when our attorney asked her about it, she did not respond and continued to display a poor attitude. Given that Hunt represented both sides of the transaction, the total commission should not have exceeded 5% regardless. To conclude this matter, the disputed 0.5% commission was reimbursed to us, confirming that our concerns were valid. Despite being correct throughout this process, we never received any acknowledgement, explanation, or apology from Enas. In our opinion, her actions throughout this transaction came across as greedy and money hungry, and this lack of accountability further reinforces her unprofessionalism and disregard for her clients. I would not recommend Enas to anyone. If you’re considering working with her, I strongly encourage you to find an agent who values transparency, professionalism, and actually appreciates the trust involved in selling a home of this magnitude. And please don’t bother responding to this review now—if you had something meaningful to say, we would have heard from you weeks ago after everything was finalized.
Catherine Fallon aka Catie took us on when our other real estate agent fell through for my husband and me. She stepped right in and immediately began a list of houses for us to look at and even scheduled tours of houses we found ourselves, often within that day. She thoroughly explained the house buying process as first time home buyers and helped us find our forever home in a specific 3 month deadline, well within our budget, and negotiated a great deal for us. We are ever so grateful to have Catie be there through our house buying journey and highly recommend her. Thank you Catie for being patient, wonderful, and detailed.
