Dropped in on Saturday. Was a very nice gym. Community members were very friendly. There was a place for my daughter to sit and watch while I did the class, and I could see her the whole time. The equipment is top tier and clean. Lots of additional amenities for members.
Great class! The coach gave excellent feedback on my form throughout the session, pointing out small adjustments that made a big difference in how effective the exercises felt. The group’s encouragement created such a positive energy that it pushed me to keep going even when I wanted to slow down. I left feeling stronger and more confident in my technique. It’s rare to find a class where both the coach’s attention and the group’s support come together so well. This kind of experience makes EnduraLAB - Gym in Fort Worth, TX stand out from other gyms I’ve tried.
I joined enduraLAB's Longevity family in August 2025 and I love it. The owner/coach is extremely knowledgeable and the fellow Longevity members are warm and welcoming. I've worked out off and on most of my adult life, most recently did crossfit for close to 3 years, but appreciate a fitness program geared towards the stage of life I'm currently in.
Lee is an excellent coach. I am amazed at how knowledgeable he is in every aspect of training. He is so patient demonstrating each exercise and providing feedback and guidance when I train. He makes me feel welcome and respected. I am so grateful that I found Enduralab
EnduraLAB is a great facility and the staff are friendly and helpful. There was a group of 16 of us and we were able to workout for hours at a time whilst class and other people trained which shows how accommodating and much equipment/space the gym has. Highly recommend.
