Perfect day at Epic Indoors Waterpark!!!!!!! We had an absolutely incredible time at Epic Indoor Waterpark. The energy was fun, welcoming, and family‑friendly. The entire place is clean, well‑organized, and designed to make sure everyone including kids and adults has something to enjoy. The slides, lazy river were a huge hit, especially the Eracer and astronaut, the wave pool (surfing) kept us laughing nonstop. The staff deserves a special shout‑out, they were attentive, kind, and genuinely seemed to care that guests were having a great experience. Safety felt like a priority without ever taking away from the fun. What really made the day memorable was how easy everything felt. No long waits, plenty of space to relax, and a great mix of activities that kept us entertained for hours. We left tired in the best way , the kind of tired that comes from pure joy. We’ll definitely be back, If you’re looking for a place to make lasting memories, Epic Indoor Waterpark truly lives up to its name.
It's ok....very warm on the inside. When we first walked in it was sorta like a suffocation feeling becauseit was extremely warm and humid. As time passed and getting in the water it started to cool some. My nephew had a ball in the kiddie atea. The pizza is very cheezy. Good when I was younger...but, with age cholestrol red flag...lol! Nice for the kids the day after Christmas. It was 9 of us so the family of four tickets with a large pizza and drink was a good deal.
We decided to come here during Christmas day, and it was the best thing we could have done for the kids. We spent 8 hours here, and they had a blast. I appreciated the fact that every lifeguard was attentive at all times, switched areas constantly (I suppose to avoid fatigue), and a young gentleman made rounds often checking every station. There was plenty of seating, and food did not take too long to be ready.

Epic Water Park is such a nice place and truly a lot of fun for the whole family! One of the best parts is having the lazy river and wave river running at the same time — it makes the experience exciting and relaxing in one spot. You can float peacefully or enjoy the waves without ever getting bored. The kids’ area is super cool, safe, and perfect for little ones to splash and play freely. The slides are absolutely amazing – thrilling, smooth, and really well-designed for both kids and adults. Everything felt clean, organized, and family-friendly. It’s a great spot to spend the day, especially if you’re looking for fun, excitement, and relaxation all in one place. Highly recommended for families and anyone wanting a great indoor water park experience!
