Ergeon's representative Luis, is very professional, attentive and quick with a quote turn around. We are sorry the homeowner wasn't ready at this time to move forward. We will definitely recommend and use Ergein in any future projects.
Over the last month, we have had the pleasure of working digitally with Guy to prepare and secure the quote for our dream fence. He has been nothing but patient and supportive with our multiple requests, even going out of his way to send us a new quote not only when we asked for something specific, but different quotes for varying heights. He was also transparent regarding higher costs (for what we really wanted) along with potential supply issues, of which he was able to solve in a timely manner. Moreover, he was understanding in dealing with our hectic schedule and not always being available to talk. The accessibility, graphics, and descriptions online have truly guided us in moving forward with our project and we look forward to the upcoming process of having our new fence installed.
DO NOT USE. They are very difficult to communicate with. You can never reach anyone directly. They use sub contractors for everything which makes scheduling and dealing with anything difficult, plus you know you’re just being up charged. The wood used was very poor quality. They do not really offer a real warranty, they blame everything on nature. Proof is in the pudding. The pics are from the fence they installed 7 months ago.
We have not committed to the project yet but I will say that Jorge at Ergeon provided me with a quick solution for our backyard remodel and fence project. The use of satellite imagery and virtual call was a huge plus. Stay tuned for developments! UPDATE: I was promised an aluminum fence in around 5 weeks or by mid February. Sadly, there is more to the story. We did a virtual meeting, walked through the bulk of the job and I thought that was super efficient and amazing. 3 weeks later the PM, Rogelio, reached out to let me know that someone was coming to do a final walk through. Tomorrow is exactly 4 weeks from when I committed to the job with Jorge. I was then told by the PM that it would be an additional 5 weeks to get the material installed!! Talk about over promise and under deliver. I have been waiting for 3 days to get my final estimate. I read all the reviews and thought I stumbled upon something great but I don’t know about that at this point. I work in a service industry and understand you can’t please everyone but at least know the difference between 5 weeks and 10 weeks. I will continue to provide updates. FINAL UPDATE: I have to say that despite the about 45 + day delay that I am happy with the work Ergeon finally completed. The fence is solid and good quality and looks very nice. I know, no one is perfect but Fernando really tried to make things right as best he could and I appreciate all his efforts. I will not give a 5 star because the consequences of the delay with the fence delayed the entire back yard project over two months. The back yard is still not completed but will be this week. I am just happy the fence is done and the price was very reasonable. My recommendation is to get all the details before committing to the project so you can budget your time appropriately and coordinate accurately.
When i called for a quote they are very helpful and asked what I needed done. From the estimator, 1st walk through visit, utility inspector to the installer they all came on time and very punctual. Roger was constantly giving us updates and if any concerns he is able to get back with me with an answer. They did a wonderful job on installing the fence and creating a door which i did not have for a year.
