Took in my car because of a broken tail light and a bit of a dent from a falling tree branch they worked with my insurance company and had the repairs done in 4 days. Everyone was amazing the service was great they found that there was extensive damage to the bumper as well and they replaced it with a brand new bumper they also applied clear coat to my car and it looks amazing I would highly recommend this shop the overall professionalism and the service was exceptional my thanks to Trevor and all of the staff for the wonderful job
I literally can not see enough good about this place! They stayed in touch with us the entire time they had the vehicle. And when we got it back and something was still wrong, they sent a tow truck to get our van back to the shop. They diagnosed the problem rapidly and fixed it within a day! Truly the best service we could have ever hoped to have!
The driver side sun visor fell off on my F150. I went to EP to see if they could repair it. I went in to the office with said visor in hand. Steven immediately was on the job. Fifteen minutes later it was done. No charge. I offered him $10 and he flatly refused. That's class. That's Ernie Patti.
Came in with a dent and some white transfer material from my garage door. Got an accurate estimate, and then bro started cleaning the white material off my car for free with a cleaning compound. Workers are great yall should come here.
