I just wanted to take a moment to express how incredible the instructor Chase is at his job. His energy and enthusiasm are truly contagious, making every sessionbnot just a workout but an uplifting experience. He has a remarkable ability to motivate and inspire, pushing us to reach our limits while ensuring we have fun along the way. His attention to individual needs and modifications shows how much he and the staff genuinely care about each of us. The way they create a welcoming and supportive environment makes everyone feel included, regardless of their fitness level. Thank you for your dedication, for believing in us, and for always bringing your best to each session!
Predatory Billing Practices. Do not recommend. In my opinion, EOS Fitness has INCREDIBLY predatory Billing practices. When I decided to cancel my personal training services, I followed the exact process I was given: email the supervisor, Chase Newsome. I did so twice and never received a response. My trainer, Joanna, confirmed my cancellation request was received and told me it would take two weeks to process. I trusted that my request was being handled. It wasn’t. I continued to be charged month after month for services I had cancelled in the manner I was specifically instructed to cancel. When I finally cancelled my card to stop the unauthorized charges, EOS came after me for my membership—claiming I hadn’t cancelled properly through the client portal. They have now added 3 months of monthly membership charges & will continue to do so until I give them a card again, which I do not trust them to have. As for the months of personal training charges I was disputing? They never brought it up again. Customer services ignored my emails. They acted like I didn’t exist. They just quietly took my money and moved on. If you’re considering personal training at EOS, think carefully. Getting in is easy. Getting out is designed to be nearly impossible. I would not recommend anything about this gym to anyone. I’m so disgusted by EOS.
If I were only rating Sonia's Zumba class, it would be 5 stars. She's awesome. However, the layout and atmosphere for machines isn't what I would prefer compared to my previous gym and the availability of classes I'm looking for is very limited with my schedule. They just got rid of one of the classes I liked going to also. My gym also doesn't have an indoor running track.
I love going to EOS for the convenience and price mostly. It's near my home and it has everything I need. The price is great and you're not locked in to a long contract. The front desk staff are always so friendly. A few people I'd like to recognize for their amazing hospitality are Alexander, Sinaiya and Cali at the front desk along with John the personal trainer. They make my visit always welcome.
10/10 gym, vibes, and clientele. Not only is it actually kept nice and clean, but I have so much fun at the gym thanks to the awesome environment EOS has established! This location especially embodies the gym family vibe. The kids club is kept clean and the staff is wonderful to interact with. I can tell that those ladies really care for the kiddos they watch over. In the main gym, the machines are easy to find and navigate and I haven’t been to a gym where the people who frequent it are so kind and inclusive. Big love to EOS and the folks who work there.
