I love EOS. I have been going here for a while and it’s a perfect mix of different types of gym-goers. What I love is the outdoor space, sauna within the locker room and how cleanly the locker room is. Lots of great lighting and squat racks. My qualms would be the parking, I recommend utilizing the lot on weekends and then park at buffalo bayou during the week day at peak hours. I like that they have the EVOLT machine which can track all your progress as well. Overall better than other competitors pricing wise and amount of area.
EOS Fitness is amazing! The gym is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Every time I walk in I feel motivated and comfortable. The atmosphere is positive, the energy is great, and it truly feels like a place where people come to better themselves. Highly recommend to anyone serious about their fitness journey!
Today was my first time at EOS Fitness, and I have to say—I was genuinely impressed! From the moment I walked in, Abby was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She took the time to show me around, answer all my questions, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. The energy in the gym was great, the crew was friendly, and you can tell they truly care about helping people reach their goals. Because of the amazing customer service and the awesome team, I decided to sign up on the spot. Highly recommend this location—great staff, great vibe, and overall a great place to start your fitness journey!
I have to say this gym is absolutely amazing! The rooftop view is out of this world — I’ve never seen anything like it at a gym before. The equipment is top of the line, the recovery center is incredible, and the overall atmosphere is excellent. Everyone here is super friendly, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome, even though I’m from out of town. Easily one of the best gym experiences I’ve ever had!
Great gym! The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The music is always pumping if you forget your headphones. Tons of equipment, so it’s rare to wait very long for a machine. The cleaning crew is frequently around, keeping the gym nice and clean. Sauna in the locker room. The outdoor workout space is fantastic!
