Just started my skin treatments with Sophie and she’s been amazing! She’s super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knows her stuff. She made me feel comfortable right away and explained everything clearly. The clinic has a lovely, clean atmosphere too. Really happy so far and can’t recommend Sophie enough! Update: I’ve now had my third chemical peel session, and I’m even happier with the results. Sophie continues to be incredibly professional and attentive, always checking how my skin is responding and tailoring the treatment to suit me. I’ve noticed a real improvement in my skin, and I trust her completely with my skincare. Highly recommend!
The Team at Glasgow Este Medical are Amazing! Straight from your consultation appointment all interactions with the staff are pleasant and everyone makes you feel at ease. The LHR treatments are life changing, if you want to stop wasting endless time and effort in hair removal just do it! The therapists are very knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. They personalise the treatments to each person's needs and expectations and the results are excellent! Hi I’ve been coming for a while every week for my re hair grow treatments and I’ve got to say Amit Kala it is one of the best person to get treatment off and also makes you feel comfy and always asking how’s your days been etc and also he knows a lot about the company and the products and treatments which iv never had to go to reception which is also hence a lot of knowledge about it treatments and which is an expert when it comes to speaking through what am getting done. As customer he should be promoted, overall the experience with este Glasgow, this guys made feel more happier and my confidence has gained and I feel more comfortable as I seen him every week due to my session other then that he is doing very great job, so if you decide to come to este Glasgow and also ask for Amit Kalair, as he does more than the treatment require and he breaks it down and tell you step by step and tell you what do after treatment before the next treatment. Absolutely legend. I recommend him other then that overall amazing experience with Amit and Este Glasgow.
Sophie is an exceptional clinician. Her depth of knowledge, clear explanations, and gentle reassurance made me feel completely safe and confident throughout my treatment. She handled everything with such care and professionalism that my nerves disappeared. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better person to be in her hands
I have been having laser hair removal and overall the experience has been really positive. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and professional. Recently, I had an appointment with Sophie and reviewed my progress, as things had been moving a bit slower than expected. She was incredibly reassuring, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. After just one session with her, I have started to see noticeable results again and am feeling much more confident that I will achieve the results I was hoping for. I am very happy with the service and appreciate Sophie's genuine care, attention to detail and how invested she is in helping you get the results you want.
