I recently had polynucleotide treatment and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. From the initial consultation, everything was explained clearly — how the treatment works to stimulate collagen, improve skin quality, and support natural regeneration. I felt fully informed and comfortable before going ahead. The procedure itself was quick and very manageable. There was some mild swelling which I was advised to expect, but it settled within a couple of days. The downtime was minimal, and I was able to return to my normal routine shortly after. Over the following weeks, I started to notice gradual but definite improvements. My skin looks healthier, more hydrated, and noticeably smoother. The texture has improved, and there’s a subtle firmness that makes my skin feel rejuvenated rather than “done.” What I love most is how natural the results are — it doesn’t change your features, it just enhances your skin quality. For my skin treatment, I've been to Este Medical three times, and their service is really good. Sehmar makes me feel very comfortable, and I love the way she treats me. I've also noticed a significant difference from the treatments I have had at their clinic. The receptionists are very welcoming and friendly as well.
Fantastic treatment with full support along the way. Nothing is too much trouble. The pre treatment, surgery and post treatment are first class and luxury with a competetive price also. Azi, my hair therapist in Leeds has been so good to me and relieved me from any anxiety whilst treating my hair. Now the results really do show already after a few months since the surgery. Would highly recommend and have already recommended to friends.
I recently had a hair transplant with Este Medical Group and the experience from start to finish was first class. The whole team were caring and professional throughout. My regional manager, Emre in Leeds, really looked after me — he explained the entire process clearly and helped put me at ease from the outset. My surgery took place in Birmingham, and the staff there couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. On the day of the transplant everything went smoothly. I had the AI robotic transplant, which worked really well and the procedure itself was handled professionally and calmly. I’ve also been very happy with the aftercare so far. Overall, I would definitely recommend Este Medical Group to anyone considering a hair transplant. I’ll post an update in a few months once I can share how well the hair has grown back.
