Unique to my experience: during escrow I had made the mistake of paying for my home insurance policy with personal funds; something I was NOT supposed to do as I had separate credit that was to be used for that expense. To ensure that I was maximizing spending of my credits, Esther worked with me as I had a new home insurance policy drawn up and she and her team worked on processing and getting my loan approved on a time crunch.
