This place keeps getting better and better. I love doing Trimsculpt (it really tightens!) and doing a Mindvybe session while wearing compression pants. So relaxing. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They keep adding new fun things to try.
I absolutely love Eterna! First of all, the place has a beautiful aesthetic and feels warm when you walk in. There are several modalities that are must haves for me: 1. The trim sculpt treatment for the glutes gave me visible results after just one session— I was shocked in the best way. 2. The cryotherapy is incredible. It leaves my skin tight, helps reduce inflammation, and speeds up my gym recovery. 3.The Mind Vybe is such a special touch— I always leave feeling centered and calm. 4. The Infrared sauna is hot and huge compared to other saunas I’ve used. The whole team is fun, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I also love the vibration plate, the water station, and just the fact that you can do so much for your body and mind under one roof. It’s truly a feel-good wellness experience every time I go. Highly recommend!
Outstanding best sauna and super hot. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Been into biohacking scene in Los Angeles long time and love this place. My wife also loves the lymphatic body roller.
What an amazing spot in Santa Monica! I had an incredible experience, came in feeling stressed and left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and with less pain in my body. Customer service was 10/10. Whole place is clean, organized, and they help you through everything: sauna, cryotherapy, compression boots, etc. Highly recommend!
As I sit here with my legs being a’squooze by the NormaTech boots, post a contrast therapy session of Infared Sauna and Cryo Booth dance party, I can’t help but be grateful to be alive in 2024! All of this technology is quite amazing and Hunter is so helpful and friendly and positive and made my first cryo experience so wonderful! Definitely coming back here!
