I had such a great experience with Alexis! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The space was clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and she took the time to explain everything and check in with me throughout the service. The results were amazing—super smooth and done with so much care and attention to detail.
My experience at EWC in Irving Texas was immaculate. The customer service and ambiance were top tier. My Wax specialist Shania was so amazing, she worked extremely thorough and fast. I could not believe I was finished when she told me to get dressed. I’ll definitely be making my monthly visits at this location 🥰
Ariyah was one of the best waxers I have ever had!!! She really took her time and got every single hair! I didn’t realize how AMAZING she did until I got home and noticed a huge difference! There is not a single hair left. Some waxers leave wax on you, leave hair, and rush you out the door. I truly appreciate her services. She has definitely set the standard for how waxes should be done. I truly felt like I got my money’s worth. And this is so random, but the music playlist was lit today! I was jamming!
The whole staff was so kind and welcoming every time I walked in—they really made me feel seen and comfortable. Ariyah was amazing! She was so easy to talk to and very thorough in her work. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!
Shania was great! She made the experience painless and effortless. No awkwardness at all. I’d definitely recommend her for a Brazilian wax.
