My waxer Kerry was the absolute best!! I got my underarms done as a first time guest and she made me feel comfortable the whole time!! I would recommend going with Kerry if you want a quick comfortable appointment!,
I was referred here from my Aunt and was very excited to get my first 1st Brazilian Wax. I showed up a few minutes late not knowing there was a. 9 min grace period! Anyhoo the receptionist at the desk was firm on the policy which I understand she doing her job! The receptionist told me if the scheduled appts show up late they’ll be able to get me in! Well a couple of ppl showed up! There was one person who did not show so the receptionist ask Anissa if she can put me in well Anissa said she didn’t want to do bad work on me and suggested I go to the other appt the nice receptionist made for me at the Arcadia location! I was upset having to had sit there and waited so long but lesson learned to read and leave early! I just won’t attend Camelback location again
I had such a great experience with Stacey! She was incredibly professional, warm, and made the entire waxing appointment so much more comfortable than I expected. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout, and her technique was quick, thorough, and gentle Stacey has such a pleasant, calming energy that instantly puts you at ease, and the results were flawless. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. I wouldn’t go to anyone else, highly, highly recommend booking with her!
It was my first wax here and the entire staff was amazing! Stacy was my wax specialist and she was so patient and understanding. The two ladies at the front desk were also extremely welcoming. I truly had a great time!
This was my very first time waxing in general, I went with European Was Center upon looking at their website I called and Made my appointment the same day. It was very clean and had a sophisticated look about it when entering the building. The front desk checked me in, and not even 5 minutes later I was called back. My wax specialists name was Paola, she was soooo amazing and comforted me every step of the way for my first wax and even let me do my underarms in addition to the bikini full. I would rate this place 5 stars not only for the environment, my wax specialist, but also due to all the products they had to offer in the waiting area as well as all the promotions they have going on for the month of November. Thank you, European Wax Center, I will definitely be back again!
