Jalaysia is absolutely phenomenal, especially with Brazilian waxes and more. She talks you through everything if you need her to and uses a great Brazilian technique. She truly goes above and beyond with her customer service. Jasia is so sweet and polite, and she makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend everyone book with Jalaysia for their visit. Also, the front desk receptionist was really nice and welcoming!
Jada is the best she’s always prompt to come out to get me she’s always professional and friendly. Jada Is very informative and let me know what products I should and should not be using and what to recommend for my skin. I’ve never had any ingrown hairs as I have with other people when having a wax. She even goes after the unwanted hair that are stubborn and don’t come up with the wax. That’s always appreciate it. She’s very nice professional knows what she’s doing. I highly recommend her.
Jada is an incredible waxer. She is always so quick but also takes the valuable time to make sure she gets all of those tiny hairs. I’ve been to other waxers and there’s truly no one like Jada. I’ve been going for a few months now and never leave disappointed. She also just has the kindest heart and makes sure to ask me how i’m doing. You all are blessed to have her working there! :)
I’ve been going to Shelby for years and I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s the most meticulous waxer I’ve ever experienced. I lived in NY and Chicago and I c oh update find anyone to care the way she does. She doesn’t let ingrown hairs live, the uses tweezers as needed and she gives the best after care advice I could find. At one point, I would drive FROM Chicago to Indianapolis just so she could do my wax because the girls in the centers near me downtown just couldn’t get it like Shelby did. She’s the only wax person that really sells and educated me on in store products. She goes above and beyond. It’s near painless. And I leave feeling like silk everytime!
10/10 highly recommend! The team is incredibly professional and provides truly excellent service. The space is spotless and hygienic, and the staff knows exactly what they’re doing! I was treated by Katherine, and the experience was wonderful (not painful at all), highly recommend booking with her! Even after I arrived 15 minutes late, the team was so kind and accommodating. Overall, outstanding customer service and a great experience.
