I went in to get my eyebrows waxed after it had been a hot minute, and Ashtin was absolutely amazing. She has the best attitude, made me feel so comfortable right away, and our conversation was so easy and enjoyable. Most importantly, she made me look and feel so good when it was all done. I’ll definitely be going back—honestly, just to see her again. Give this girl a bonus and raise because she truly deserves it!
Ashtin was beyond exceptional! Very professional, personal, and took the time to make sure i was happy with the results. I highly recommend her when you go here!
First time with this company/brand. I’ve had waxes in the past and am familiar with the process. Aubrey was kind and engaging- making the experience great. The appointment was quick and they had a number of available times that work well with my schedule (ranging all the way to 7:30pm!). The cost was reasonable for the services I got. They even offer a 50% off your first wax service. The reason for the 4/5 rating lends more towards the lack of toiletries to allow myself hygiene comfort prior to, as well as, the lack of disposable undies for the service. Despite this, I will be back and just prepare myself better now knowing there aren’t these “luxuries”.
Aubrey was amazing! I was super nervous for my first wax ever, but she made me feel completely comfortable. She explained everything, the salon was so clean, and the whole thing was fast and way less painful than I imagined.
I had an appointment with Alexiah last night, and she was amazing! She was super sweet and made me feel as comfortable as possible, which says a lot since I haven’t gotten a wax in years. She was fast, friendly, and made sure to get everything. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and cares about her clients’ comfort. The front desk girl was nice too, I could tell she was new and still learning about the products. I had a question about brightening products that wasn’t answered quite right, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, my experience was great, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
