I went to get a wax yesterday with Tionna and the entire experience was fantastic. The front desk staff were welcoming and kind. I’ve always had great experiences with everyone at this location, but Tionna was a step above. She was thorough, made sure to confirm what I was looking for, and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely be going back to Tionna and this EWC location.
I had a great experience at this EWC. My waxer, Rinatta, was amazing, super friendly, professional, and she made me feel really comfortable. She did exactly what I asked for and the whole appointment went smoothly. I also want to thank the front desk associate whose name I think was something like Cristal or Cristina. She was so kind and patient while helping me get my passes set up. Everyone there was welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!
