Evan is great. My wife and I were considering a move to Dallas but hadn't even been there to explore before. Evan took multiple calls with us while we were getting our bearings. He then made himself available for a full weekend when we came to visit the area. We gave him a shortlist of almost a dozen homes we found and he was great about bringing us to everything we wanted to see, and giving us input on different areas. He even called and got us new appointments as we came up with different things to explore on the fly. Ultimately he helped get us under contract for under list price on a new construction! I'll plan to update this again after closing but Evan is a great communicator and very on top of things. We're confident it will go smoothly and we know from past experience that it doesn't always go this well!
