Working alongside Eventrics to plan our Indian-Haitian wedding weekend was the BEST decision we could have made. Special thanks to Whitney for being SO incredibly thorough from start to finish. She and her team coordinated and managed several vendors along with hundreds of guests in such an organized and smooth manner. Her team truly made us feel as though as though our event was their only and number one priority. I cannot give enough praise about the level of expertise in planning and organization that the entire Eventrics team displayed throughout both the planning process and the wedding weekend. Whitney was incredibly responsive and followed up with every request we had, accommodating last minute and day of changes. Our weekend was completely stress-free and our families were able to enjoy and be present in every moment, with all the logistics being handled behind the scenes by Eventrics. It was important to us that all of our guests, especially those unfamiliar with the timeline and complexity of South Asian weddings, were guided and comfortable throughout the weekend. Weeks later, our guests from both sides are still raving about how well the entire weekend went. Every detail far exceeded our expectations. Working with the Eventrics team was the best decision (besides saying I do!) we’ve made! My now husband and I were busy with work and life which made thinking about planning an Indian wedding, let alone a destination wedding, overwhelming and stressful. Eventrics took all of that weight off of our shoulders. From location scouting with my parents to zoom meetings, they were constantly on top of everything. There are so many little things to organize even after the location and vendors are set that we couldn’t have imagined or anticipated but Eventrics did. The wedding weekend went smoother than we even expected. They really, really care about their couples and the guests, and we felt that throughout the whole planning process and especially during the weekend. Both the bride and groom’s side had a dedicated member to keep everything on task and to help guide us places so we didn’t have to even think about what to do! We felt like celebrities. They made sure we were fed and had time together as a couple before each event. Our guests still talk about how well thought out and organized our wedding was. Each member of the team is professional, responsive, organized, and understanding. I’d recommend them a thousand times and trust them wholeheartedly with the most important day of your life!

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Eventrics Weddings! They were the backbone of our entire celebration and made our South Asian wedding weekend absolutely phenomenal. From the very beginning, they brought a deep understanding of our Telugu and Kannada wedding traditions, which was incredibly important to us, coupled with incredible organizational skills that ensured that every detail, from big-picture planning to the smallest nuance, was thoughtful, personalized, and well executed. Our wedding weekend included five events over three days and we worked predominantly with Whitney and Brittany. Throughout the entire process, they were exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. With our demanding work schedules, they were always accommodating, taking calls outside business hours, adjusting to our availability, and proactively managing communication with vendors. Often, they stepped in to handle conversations on our behalf, lifting a huge weight off our shoulders during an already busy time. Another example of Eventrics going above and beyond was when our wedding invitations were delayed and overlapped with our travel. They stepped in without hesitation to organize and ship them for us, taking yet another thing off our plate. What stood out most was their intentionality. Every suggestion, idea, and decision felt aligned with us—our personalities, values, and vision as a couple. Their creative input helped shape a celebration that was not only beautiful, but also deeply meaningful and authentically ours. Where they truly shined was during the wedding weekend itself. The coordination was impeccable! Whitney, our timeline queen, worked tirelessly and created a weekend that flowed seamlessly. As the bride and groom, we didn’t have to answer a single question or worry about a thing. Our families were able to be fully present and enjoy the moment, free from the stress of logistics. Countless guests commented on how smooth, timely, and intentional every event felt, which was a true testament to the team’s planning, dedication, and execution. We absolutely loved working with Eventrics! Our wedding was 4 events in south FL over 2 days, including 2 different religious ceremonies and about 300 guests. The entire team did an amazing job handling the logistics, vendors, timeline, etc. We would not have been able to do this much work by ourselves. It was extremely important that all our wedding events run on time and that's exactly what happened. They kept us, our families, and the wedding party organized during the wedding weekend. We got lots of compliments on how smooth the wedding weekend went. Brittany, Abi, Whitney, and Mercedes are all so easy to communicate with and they put you at ease throughout the stressful planning process. They are extremely well informed about South Asian wedding customs. Would definitely recommend them!
